What’s included
We start with a glass of wine, grilled provoleta, morcilla (blood sausage), choripan, and matambre (pork belly). We’ll have two or three main course cuts such as entraña (skirt), ojo de bife (ribeye), vacio (flank), lomo (filet mignon), and tira de asado (short ribs). We only buy the highest quality and depend on what our butcher has available each day so exact cuts vary.
Dinner includes salad, bread, homemade chimichurri sauce, grilled vegetables, dessert, and drinks.
We accommodate vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians so please let us know if you or anyone in your group doesn’t eat meat.
About us
Hi, I’m Nacho (Ignacio)! I’m originally from Las Pampas and my family still has a farm there where we raise cattle and horses. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to grill master at every event - even when I’m a guest! I am also passionate about polo and give lessons part-time. I love sharing my culture with the world and an asado in someone’s home is the most authentic Argentine experience. I’m fluent in Spanish, English, and speak a little Portuguese.
Hi, I’m Lucho! I’ve been making asados all my life for friends and family, and now I am happy to share this experience with new friends from all around the world! I’m a lawyer by trade, passionate about history, literature and football. I´m fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

You are greeted when you arrive and it truly feels like you are going to dinner at a friend's house. We even went out for drinks afterwards with other guests! 11/10 experience, thank you Lucio and Ignacio for the magical night. I will book again when I am back in town. -

This is a must-do in Buenos Aires! We had SO much fun, and the best meal! Er felt welcomed and taken care of. Learned a lot about asado and Argentinian culture, all while having fun and meeting new people. And the location is SUPERB! Truly an amazing experience for all senses!! 10/10, and will DEFINITELY do this every time we come to Buenos Aires

If I could give them 10 stars I would Ignacio and Luciano have created a very thoughtful and inviting experience, think of this more as hanging out with old friends rather than a typical experience. This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I've been on and will do it again the next time I'm in town. Stop debating and go ahead and book it you won't regret it!!!
